About Our Client
Our client is a Not For Profit Organisation, conveniently located within 25 minutes drive from Melbourne’s CBD. Due to an expanding pipeline of commercial and industrial projects an exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Project Manager to come on board and assist with the delivery of a diverse range of construction project.

Job Description

As the Project Manager you will be reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager, in this high profile role, you will be required to:

• Provide a high level of client contact and ensure that the relevant stakeholder in the process are kept up to date through weekly progress meetings.
• Oversee the financial management of the development.
• To directly manage and mentor the project co-coordinators, conducting regular inspections of construction activities to maintain quality control.
• To ensure that the contractors are in compliance with the project plans and specifications.
• The ability to evaluate the progress of each project phase to determine if time schedules and cost objectives are being met.
• To provide and maintain a work environment for all employees, contractors and visitors that is safe and compliant with the current OHS legislation.

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ Years Architectural Experience
• Tertiary Qualification in Architecture
• End to End Project Management Experience
• Proven Career Track Record.
