About Our Client
Our client is a leading diversified property group in private residential development. They are currently embarking on exciting new projects across Victoria and have recently acquired various sites. The opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Development Manager to come on board and assist the Development Manager with the strategy and delivery of the flagship projects.

Job Description
Reporting to the Development Manager, the Assistant Development Manager role will have a high level of exposure to all aspects of the development process life cycle including feasibility studies, research, project management and co ordination of all planning and design approvals. As the Assistant Development Manager you will be expected to assist in the selection and management of core consultancies and contractors throughout the delivery of the project. You will be working closely and will assist the Development Manager in liaising and reporting back to the appropriate fund managers. In the Assistant Development Manager role you will also take on the responsibility for the development and implementation of a marketing strategy and competitor analysis to ensure successful delivery of the project.

• Preparation of development feasibility
• A high level of financial acumen
• Solid built form delivery experience
• Excellent excel and estate master skills
• Understanding the complexities of a development and the various stages in the life cycle
• A desire and passion for delivering excellence consistently.
• A can do attitude and a willingness to learn on the job while having high level of financial accountability.
