Job Description
As the Assistant HR Manager you will be responsible for administering a range of HR services that support the organisation, managers and staff including payroll, recruitment, conditions of service and employee relations.
You will evaluate and monitor effectiveness of the Human Resource Management Information System to ensure that it meets immediate and longer-term requirements of the organisation. As the successful candidate you will create and maintain productive relationships with staff, stakeholders and external agencies to continually improve the delivery of effective and innovative human resource processes and procedures.
The Successful Applicant
As the successful candidate you must have the ability to think strategically, interpret HR policies, practices and procedures to support organisation goals and objectives.
You will demonstrate a high level of management and organisational skills and ability to lead and manage a team. Coming from a public sector background you will create and maintain productive relationships with staff, stakeholders and external agencies to continually improve the delivery of effective and innovative human resource processes and procedures.
