About Our Client

With excellent offices in Sydney's CBD, our client is a Top 50 CA Firm that "punches above its weight" in the Audit & Advisory market. You will be reporting to a friendly, young Partner with a mandate to grow the business during 2009 and beyond.

Our client is part of a significant international network of CA Firms and is seen as the lead office for Asia-Pacific. As such, the successful applicant will also become eligible for regional secondment opportunities in the future.

Job Description

You will be part of a close-knit Audit team that performs external audit services - in addition to occasional internal audit, due diligence / advisory and basic forensic work. You will also be able to lead smaller engagements where appropriate.

Clients are from a range of industries and have varying needs. In general, the client base is "middle markets" - as such, you may be assisting a small high-growth client with their first audit one day, then leading complex technical issues for a listed business the next.

The Successful Applicant

If you are keen to move into a Firm that is going places and can say YES to most of the following, we would be particularly interested in speaking with you:

UAI over 80 in High School (or above Credit average in Tertiary studies)
Undergraduate Accounting degree from a leading University (or near completion)
Intention to commence the Australian CA program (if not already started)
Minimum 18 months, recent, external Audit experience
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
