Job Description
You'll be responsible for the regional growth (for your designated international region) and development of medical, security and consulting services within the Energy, Mining & Infrastructure sectors. You'll establish a strategy to identify and capitalize on new client prospects within these sectors and develop key account plans for existing clients, maximizing profitability through focused networking and relationship building. You'll also be tasked with generating proposals, pricing and contract negotiations across all medical and security service solutions. You'll ensure close cooperation with sales and marketing personnel from other regional operations to foster the growth of cross border sales and master service agreements. Providing weekly and monthly sales and pipeline reports in-line with location will also be a key focus.
The Successful Applicant
Educated to degree level, with solid formal sales training and implementation of their principles (for example Miller Hieman/ Mercurri) you'll possess proven success in B2B sales for a minimum of 5 years within a solutions or consultative selling environment to multinational organizations.
