Job Description
With a unique global profile, this role will be responsible for driving the end to end innovation process for a leading FMCG brand portfolio. Working with both global R&D and international marketing teams you lead all NPD brand projects from ideation, market research, and product feasibility and consumer segmentation. Operationally you will manage all gate stages from concept to market launch and work effectively with a broad cross functional team.
The Successful Applicant
You will currently be a skilled FMCG Brand Manager with an abundant experience in end-to-end NPD management. With the fundamental focus on project management, your skills in this area must be superior with clear demonstration of your ability to lead internal teams and superbly manage NPD work flows. You will be a confident manager who is able to support local teams and influence international departments. Inherent in your style will be your entrepreneurial attitude and impeccable problem solving skills. This is an excellent opportunity to develop you into the next Senior Brand Manager.
