Job Description
This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic and passionate sales / business development professional to join a world class professional services firm. Responsible for both existing customers as well as developing new business, you will be accountable for establishing and developing strong commercial relationships with a combination of multinational, SME and ASX listed businesses. Working as part of an experienced and capable team, you will work towards achieving your individual revenue targets through delivering a first class service and a high level of customer engagement. With a national presence in Australia they are flexible on where this role is based as they have a network of offices in Sydney, including the CBD, North Sydney and Western Sydney.
The Successful Applicant
With between 2 and 5 years commercial experience, you will have a proven track record in either business development or account management. You must be driven, motivated, tenacious and results orientated with the ability to work within a team based sales environment. In addition to sourcing new business, you must also be able to account manage existing relationships with a view to increasing their current spend. The ability to partner with your clients and deliver a best in class service will also be the key to your success. You could come from any sector however you must have the capability to engage and influence up to "C" level decision makers whilst representing a market leading brand. Equally you will need to demonstrate the passion, drive and commitment needed to succeed as well as the capability to progress in a dynamic, growth oriented environment as this organisation always takes a long term view on both it's employees and it's customers.
