About Our Client
Financial Synergy is a leading provider of superannuation and investment software, services, products and solutions to the retail, industry and government space. They have built a reputation in the market for delivering accurate, secure and efficient products. Due to this continued success they are looking to recruit a new Business Development Manager to drive and deliver new revenue streams.

Job Description
Reporting to the General Manager, you will have the responsibility for driving the administration platform software product (Acurity) sales. Selling to multiple C level contacts within a client each sales cycle is long and methodical. A true consultative and solution based sell is needed to secure wins in opportunities.

The Successful Applicant
You will have a proven track record of selling multimillion dollar solutions and have a strong understanding of the superannuation and wealth management space. You must possess extremely strong sales skills with a clear sales methodology and structure to manage your pipeline and sales cycles which are both long and complex. The ability to map out a client and gather the correct intellectual property is key to success in this role. You must be a real team player who is also tenacious and resilient and will not get frustrated by long cycles.
