This blue-chip professional services firm is a national brand leader and is committed to achieving best-class processes and solutions in order to remain at the forefront of their sector. They have created a new position for a Business Process Analyst to support their overall business objectives.
Job Description
As a pivotal member within the Process Improvement Team, you will conduct analysis of business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement. You will initiate and manage changes to operational processes across a variety of business units, in particular within the IT function. You will also workshop with business users and capture and document requirements and write functional specifications.
The Successful Applicant
You are an experienced Business Analyst with the versatility to conduct gap analysis and process improvement whilst contributing to IT systems projects on occasion. You have strong process and information flow design skills. Knowledge of the project lifecycle will also be advantageous. Having previously operated in a top-tier professional services for will be highly advantageous.
