Job Description
To develop an inbound and outbound call centerer script for retail customers, covering full content dialog, covering letters and direct mail.
The Successful Applicant
You will have previous experience of working within a Call Centre environment ideally B2B. Good working knowledge of internal processes and structure of inbound and outbound sales.
