Job Description
This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic and passionate professional to join a world class professional services firm back home in Australia or New Zealand. If you are either looking to return to Australia or New Zealand from a stint overseas either now or in the near future, we are looking to recruit the best people across our key locations including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Auckland. Your role as Sales Executive/Sales Manager will mean you are responsible for both existing customers as well as developing new business. You will be accountable for establishing and developing strong commercial relationships with a combination of multinational, SME and ASX listed businesses. As part of an experienced and capable team, you will work towards achieving your commercial objectives through delivering a first class service and a high level of customer engagement.

The Successful Applicant
With commercial experience gained in a sales executive / sales management or consulting role, you must be driven, motivated and results orientated with the ability to work within a team based environment. In addition to sourcing new business, you must also be able to manage and develop existing clients and the ability to partner with your clients and deliver a best in class service will be the key to your success. You could either be an experienced recruiter or you could come from one of the professional industries that we focus in, however you must have the capability to engage and influence at all levels whilst representing a market leading brand. Equally you will need to demonstrate the passion, drive and commitment needed to succeed as well as the capability to progress in a dynamic, growth oriented environment as we always take a long term view on our employees.
