Job Description
Forming an integral part of the senior management team, the Chief Financial Officer will be "hands-on" in developing and implementing Clear Perceptions' financial management strategies supporting overall business and commercial decision making. You will be required to implement strong processes and procedures enabling the presentation of accounting information in a simple usable format. Furthermore, taking a strategic approach, you will work closely with the client organisations conducting extensive financial modeling while designing and implementing strong financial platforms.

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be CA/CPA qualified or equivalent, ideally with an MBA. You will be technically strong with the ability to think outside of the box implementing complex innovative strategies while taking a "hands-on" approach when required. With high energy you will be a team player with exceptional communication skills and the ability to balance your time between developing internal systems and providing solutions to external clients.
