About Our Client
Our client is one of the largest privately owned Property and Construction groups in Sydney. Their expert teams specialise in water infrastructure, road, rail and heavy industrial projects. Our client's Industrial sector is going from strength to strength. Their busy pipeline of Power Station Projects has generated an opening for an experienced Project Manager.

Job Description

As the Project Manager you will have ownership of the following non-exhaustive list of duties;

  • Delivery of the Project within time scales and to budget
  • Prepare, administer and present civil engineering reports
  • Manage and supervise subcontractors and engineers
  • You will ensure EOH & S compliance
  • Monitor and deliver the project to QA required standards
  • Provide regular forecasting reports
  • Apply Budget Processes
  • Attend meetings and liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for the Project Manager role will be able to demonstrate the following;

  • Strong background in civil works particularly in roads and heavy industrial construction
  • Experience on Power Station Projects is a must have for this role
  • Proven track record in a managerial role
  • A Tertiary qualification in civil engineering
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A well developed understanding of Environmental OH & S issues on site
  • Computer Literacy
