About Our Client
Our client has been providing comprehensive and deeply integrated enterprise business solutions for over 20 years. They focus specifically on developing, marketing, selling, implementing and supporting there own world class software. With annual revenues in excess of $120 million and growing, our client is a leading international software provider to the Government, Health-Care, Education, Financial services, Utilities and Managed services sectors. In line with global growth they now require a Client Relationship Manager to join the dynamic team based in Brisbane.

Job Description

As a Client Relationship Manager you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities whilst also managing a portfolio of key growth accounts to grow and increase market penetration. The role will require you to present complex solutions and products into key business sectors with a particular focus within the Healthcare and Education sectors. You will engage with senior executives, presenting a structured value proposition with return on investment. Other key responsibilities will include:

  • Present, manage and implement strategic value propositions.
  • Sell complex business software solutions.
  • Develop a sales strategy for an assigned territory and plan of execution.
  • Maintain and develop existing client relationships.
  • Understand customers objectives, buying criteria and decision making processes.
  • Develop and manage a networking and influence program within designated verticals.
  • Engage with key stakeholders at all levels throughout your customer base.

The Successful Applicant

You will be a proven Relationship/Business Development Manager with a strong track record selling strategic solutions deep into the Queensland market. You will need to have a strong understanding of the current market and how to map out potential opportunities. You will also be a solution based sales professional that enjoys presenting a value proposition with return on investment. This will not suit a quick win transactional sales professional as a typical sales cycle is 3-6 months. You will also possess:

  • A proven track record achieving and surpassing revenue targets.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong track record engaging C-Levels.
  • Successful selling solutions with the software space.
  • Exposure to medium/long term sales cycles.
