Job Description
Joining the Austock team will give you access to a strong and established client network. You will undertake a wide range of complex assignments, with exposure to the overall transaction process to include research, deal origination, transaction management, and execution.

The Successful Applicant

Successful candidates will possess the following: A high level of motivation, strong work ethic and attention to detail; Creative thinking with strong numeric aptitude; Exposure to M&A or Equity Capital Markets; Ability to function independently and as a part of a team; Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
