Job Description
Located within the Mergers and Acquisitions team, this opportunity offers you work on cutting edge, high profile matters. Working with industry-renowned individuals and matters, you will be exposed to international and local Mergers and Acquisitions.

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• at least 2 years’ Post Admission Experience
• minimum of 2 years Corporate M&A experience
• experience in the Energy & Resources sector is preferable
• a dynamic, determined and passionate approach to your work
• the ability to work as part of a team
• proven record of mentoring and training Junior Lawyers
