A leading tuition colleges based in Sydney is looking to recruit a Customer Service Manager to work within their service team. This growing business is known for achieving academic excellence within their field.
Job Description
You will be responsible for the leadership of the Service Department and will work closely with both the academic and marketing units to promote. Managing a team of six you will be responsible for day to day operational delivery of sales and customer service in addition to identifying and implementing new solutions and procedures to develop the service proposition. Matrix's vision is to expand by rolling out to several new sites around the CBD, you will play a pivotal role in the evolvement of the Service Unit model for role out and the overall execution and management of this project.
The Successful Applicant
If you are creative, forward thinking and enjoy working in a multi tasked position then this is the role for you. An exciting opportunity which is ultimately project lead whilst focusing on high levels of customer service at all time. A minimum of two to three years experience within a related role encompassing management experience and HR experience is required in order to apply for this position.
