Job Description
This is a newly created role aimed at combining state management responsibilities and leadership in business development. The role is an integral part of the Victorian and Tasmanian Senior Management team, working to ensure that projects and support services are aligned with business strategies and requirements. You will provide key input into the business plan in respect of business acquisition, skills development and HSE; while monitoring and reporting performance against plan. The role reports to the State General Manager.

The Successful Applicant
To succeed within this exciting environment you will present qualifications in an engineering or related discipline and be eligible for full membership of the IEAust. With demonstrable experience in overseeing and managing engineering projects, you have developed a commercial capacity to establish and maintain relationships with key clients. As a reputed leader from within the broader engineering and infrastructure sectors your strategic mindset and capacity to develop, consult and inspire your team and peers are essential qualities for this role.
