Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to assist with an SOE roll out, across Australia.

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this role you must demonstrate the following:

• Strong knowledge of providing support in a Windows Environment (SOE) - Win XP/7, Office Suite, Outlook, Active Directory
• Understanding of the procedures behind installing, configuring and upgrading of systems
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and some network/printing connectivity knowledge.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in SOE roll out
