Job Description

As a desktop support level 1 & 2 you would need to work with a close knit team. Your key responsibilities in this role will be to :

• Be the first point of contact for all the IT related issues for the organisation.
• Resolve and find solutions for a range Microsoft Office Products
• Provide support on HP desktops and Windows Operating Systems
• Resolve Cisco's Networking and Hyper V's virtualisation related issues
• Support SQL Server's and SharePoint related issues

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role, you will need to have :

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong experience in providing support on Desktop Operating System such as XP/ Win 7/Vista
• Experience in PC build , MS SQL , Sharepoint and Exchange Server
• Previous experience in providing support on HP hardwares and Cisco's networking products
• Service Level Agreement driven and great customer service skills
