Job Description
Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination of the electrical maintenance functions and the management of a team of contract electricians, when required. You will be required to lead this team though continuous improvement activities, with a particular emphasis on 5s. Your role will also incorporate:
• Safe working procedures as highlighted by the Company Occupational Health & Safety policy & procedures.
• Coordinate all contractors to achieve key performance indicators.
• Plan and execute short and long term maintenance activities, projects and strategies.
• Develop a group culture that portrays World Class Service to internal and external key stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
As the successful candidate you will have the ability to develop and lead organisational change, you will be committed to promoting a safe workplace and adhere to all company policies and procedures. You will have a relevant trades qualification or engineering degree, in conjunction with a proven track record in people management. An understanding of PLC’s and electrical maintenance will be important.
