Job Description
You will be responsible for:
• Managing a set of clients who range from International Brands to SME's. You will be the lead contact for the business both in terms of assignment generation and execution thereof.
• Developing client and candidate relationships with existing and new contacts.
• Managing a deal from 'cradle to grave' by having the speed of thought to spot angles to up-sell and cross-sell
• Making commercial decisions based upon your ability to influence senior management.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for talented individuals with the ability to influence senior business figures. You must be able to display strong verbal dexterity, possess a high level of reasoning and demonstrate a strong personality. You must be prepared to spend a significant amount of time on the phone business developing new and existing clients. You must also be prepared to meet senior clients and decision makers and be able to sell our services and yourself to them. We are looking for someone motivated by success and who is looking for a future career on a Global level with the intention to build teams and run them.
