Job Description
Working in a dynamic and passionate team, with a high calibre management group, this active recruitment role will focus on developing and servicing commercial clients across a targeted geographic region in Sydney. Your established client base will include major blue chip and ASX listed clients with further opportunities to develop and establish new relationships. You will provide your team with the leadership, structure and mentoring to ensure success within a competitive market whilst also managing your own recruitment portfolio. With the objective to provide a highly professional service and to foster business relationships with senior stakeholders, you will be required to interview, build rapport and establish trust with your candidates and proactively source career opportunities for them.

With a demonstrated track record of achieving high levels of success within a large recruitment firm, you are looking for an opportunity to transition to a market leader. You may also currently be working within a smaller boutique organisation and be looking for a step-up into a global corporate with a more specialist focus.
