My Client is a well-established, Australian owned food company, with multiple household names and excellent Premium brand status, their products have excellent market penetration in WA and enviable strategic key accounts.
With a yearly turnover of over $600m, multiple household brands and excellent client accounts, they are a firm favorite among the Food sector in Western Australia.
Job Description
Establish and structure the sales team in terms of call-cycles, sales targets and budgets, new product awareness and new client development.
Manage a small field sales team, who are established but keen for new ideas and fresh approaches.
Liaise with Senior Management over strategic issues and potential new markets and product direction.
Assist Sales Team in key account areas and advise or step into any major issues that arise.
Contribute to investment in training and strategy for the future of the WA business.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in your application you should possess the following:
Prior exposure to FMCG products and markets, with sector exposure across either the Consumer Services or products areas.
Proven track record in Sales and an extensive background in team leadership and development.
Previous knowledge gained in roles of client base and potential new business areas across the food and/or FMCG markets.
Prior responsibility for P&L, Budgets, Target setting and call cycle management would be advantageous.
