Job Description
This role will see you responsible for the successful leadership & development of a team of Field Sales Representatives across Sydney Metro, excluding the CBD. With a focus on coaching and team development and by using his/her business acumen, strategic planning capability, passion for success & energy to reach a common organisational goal.

The Successful Applicant

To be successful for this role you will have;

• Previous FMCG experience
• A proven track record of success in people management
• Previous account management experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong commercial acumen
• An ambitious nature with a desire for career progression
