Job Description

Reporting into the Chief Financial Officer, this is a key management role which offers the challenge to interface between business leaders and multiple accounting departments. You will have ultimate responsibility for the integrity of all financial information reported from casino related operations, including cage and count and property finance. Key responsibilities will include leading all planning and analysis activities, budgets and forecasts and closing processes. You will also monitor the effectiveness of internal controls and make recommendations for improvement where necessary. Key to this will be to ensure full compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and industry related regulatory bodies both local and international. Furthermore, as a leader, you will drive the performance of staff and look to attract and develop key individuals.

The Successful Applicant

You will be a qualified accountant with at least 15 years of experience working within large reputable multinational corporations, at least 5 of these at senior management level. A strong working knowledge of both financial and operational issues in the gaming industry is essential as is extensive Cage experience. A natural leader, you will demonstrate an ability to manage expectations across different business segments, drive accountability and display a passion for excellence. Commercially astute with strong communication skills, you will display depth of understanding and deliver on commitments.
