About Our Client
Our Client has built an excellent reputation for delivering complex projects to an exclusive range of clients. Due to recently been awarded multiple projects our client is in need of an immediate starter to begin with a background in High End Residential.

Job Description

You will be responsible for:

- Reporting to the Project Manager on daily progress and safety of all site sub contractors

- Delivering top quality constructions to the highest standard by ensuring all legislations and site codes are followed

- Management of all design or technical issues as they arise

- Ensure all OHS is complied to and manage all defects

The Successful Applicant

- Tertiary qualification or trade background in a Construction related discipline

- Demonstrate and provide at least 4 years experience as Foreman on High End Residential projects

- High achiever in your work ethic and approach to tasks as well as a proven track record

- You must display effective communication skills, excellent people management skills
