Job Description Reporting to the MD you will provide hands-on operational leadership combined with longer term strategic initiatives aimed at continued process improvement across the national DC network. You will ensure the delivery of performance upgrades and improvements in key operations, specifically Despatch, Stock Inventory Management, Customer Service, OHS and Distribution. You will execute robust controls and processes to ensure efficient cost management, enhanced supplier relations and stock issue returns and resolution. Exemplary customer service to further reinforce the brand and consumer experience is a priority.
The Successful Applicant
As an executive member of the leadership team you will demonstrate excellent staff management, adept at influencing all stakeholders including sales, marketing and third party contractors. Your track-record of supply chain management combined with your presentation, organisation, communication and commercial acumen will first-class.
What's On Offer
Salary commensurate with experience. Base and super to $200,000 + Incentive Bonus.
