Job Description

Reporting to the Strategic Sourcing Director this role will be key in achieving indirect category savings and the delivery of the sourcing strategy across the Group. You will manage $300m of indirect spend, working across the various business units, to lead and execute the performance reviews and vendor initiatives to deliver cost savings and optimal service delivery from suppliers. You will facilitate the category management working with key stakeholders to provide detailed analysis and understanding to ensure that considered decision making is objectively achieved to deliver best outcomes measured by cost and service provision.

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven track-record of achievement working within the procurement and strategic sourcing arena. With an obvious personal flair and capacity to influence, you will drive change whilst working in an engaging and cohesive manner. You will have a natural propensity to lead negotiations, given your first-class presentation and leadership style. With a solid commercial acumen and strong project management skills attained within a large corporate environment, you will have excellent knowledge of world-class procurement systems and practices, ideally including SAP.

What's On Offer
Salary commensurate with experience. Circa $120,000 - $140,000 including superannuation.
