Job Description

Reporting to the Controller ? Group Financial Reporting, the mandate of this position is to take ownership of the Group Financial Reporting function. Your key responsibilities will include the:

• Preparation, review and delivery of statutory reporting and compliance for half and full-year ASX reporting
• Ownership over tax-effect accounting;
• Providing support to regional accounting staff;
• Mentoring and development of Financial Accountants within the team; and
• Contribution to the development of best practice accounting methods and driving this through the business.

The Successful Applicant
This is a critical role within the business that requires a technically astute individual. To succeed, you will be CA/ CPA qualified, and will be performing at the top of your peer group in a complex listed group, multinational or a large chartered firm. The ability to influence at all levels is essential, as is the ability to work in a highly performance orientated culture.
