Job Description
Reporting to the General Manager, Communications, this is a strategic role which encompasses the development and implementation of the annual marketing plan, brand positioning, creative delivery, media selection and budget management and the identification of opportunities to grow revenue, sales and market share. You will provide leadership and guidance to four direct reports and will have significant stakeholder engagement and reporting responsibilities across the business.
The Successful Applicant
You will be degree qualified in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline and have 8 years or more experience in Marketing, operating at a senior level with budget and people management responsibilities. You will be highly commercial and have previous customer acquisition and retention experience ideally within the services environment. Experience within insurance and financial services as well as experience driving sales leads through a range of channels is highly regarded.
