Job Description
The role of HR Advisor will provide a positive contribution towards the HR department by adding value through focus on people and providing a service to the overall needs of the business. Your main mandate is to assist managers to identify HR initiatives, providing advice and support on key projects such as performance management, recruitment, awards and agreements, employee and industrial relations. Being a relatively autonomous role, you will be able to think on your feet, be confident in your approach with the ability to provide positive and informed recommendations to the business.

The Successful Applicant
Establishing credibility and building strong relationships in this high profile role, you will have solid generalist HR experience with significant exposure to all aspects of HR. This is a truly rare role where the successful candidate will be given the opportunity to engage their already acquired HR skills into a fast paced and challenging environment. This role will suit someone who has worked in a similar environment and is a person who can communicate with people on all levels. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in HR with a relevant tertiary qualification.
