Job Description

The role of HR Communications Adviser, will provide a positive contribution towards the HR department by adding value through focus on people and providing a service to the overall needs of the business. Your main mandate is to assist managers to identify HR initiatives, provide advice to line managers, support management in the implementation and the co-ordination of all key projects pertaining to performance management and remuneration and benefits. This role will see you engage in all aspects of HR and will see you be the voice of the company by engaging in all public relations and communications activities.

The Successful Applicant
Establishing credibility and building strong relationships in this high profile role, you will have solid generalist HR experience with significant exposure to all aspects of HR. This is a truly rare role where the successful candidate will be given the opportunity to engage their already acquired HR skills and Communications background into one. This role will suit someone who has worked in a blue collar environment and is a person who can communicate with people on all levels.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience and will be a very personable and truly passionate HR professional with SAP experience.
