About Our Client
Our client is a global pharmaceutical organisation, recognised at the forefront of pharmaceutical medicine.

Job Description
As the HR Consultant you will report to the HR Manager and work in a large team of HR professionals. You will be responsible for providing first hand advice to line managers on a variety of HR matters. For this reason it is imperative that you have a good understanding of HR policies and procedures, employee relations, including performance management, maternity and paternity leave, as well as recruitment and selection and learning and development.

The Successful Applicant
As the successful applicant, you will be degree qualified, ideally in HR. It is essential that you have had previous experience in an HR capacity. It would be advantageous but not essential to have had exposure to the pharmaceutical industry. You will be passionate about accelerating your HR career and enthusiastic and outgoing in personality.

What's On Offer

  • $60,000 to $70,000 base plus superannuation
