Job Description
Working closely with CFO, China and with a dotted line report to European Headquarters, you will be a key member of the China executive team and be the global audit contact for China operations. You will be the key driver in implementing internal controls and providing risk management and consulting advice to improve the performance of new and future acquisitions. The scope of audit will cover sales, purchasing, inventory, payroll and treasury functions across all business units in China. A high level of commercial understanding is required in order to identify and convincingly present improvement opportunities that are practical and cost effective.

The Successful Applicant
You will be a proactive and highly ethical leader who demonstrates a proven track record of managing multiple operations and delivering results in a dynamic and rapidly growing business. Ideally, you will have a strong audit background within the profession combined with significant experience working for a multinational company. You must have proven hands-on experience of conducting business in China, and possess strong influencing and negotiation skills to drive and execute initiatives in a diplomatic manner. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential to be successful in this role.
