Job Description
In this role, you will provide first level support with some second level in a relatively demanding environment to a nationwide user base. You will be working on a rotating roster providing technical customer support for extremely high availability systems and infrastructure, you will be responsible for assisting with the resolution of user issues, the escalation of technical faults and the support of customer needs.
