Job Description

As a Help Desk Support professional, your key responsibilities will be to provide high level of customer service and support. Initial recording and processing of all types of incidents and services requests. Problem tracking and diagnosis to identify the cause of problems, not just the symptoms and be proactive in stopping problems from reoccurring. Install, configure and trouble shoot desktop and laptop machines within the client's and other relevant IT environments.

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role, you will have :

• Completion of recognised technical training in the support of desktop and laptop computing system .
• Demonstrated excellent customer service and communication skills. including telephone, written and face to face interactions
• Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Windows and Linux Operating Systems
• Experience in SQL Server
• Understanding of LAN/WAN technologies and concepts
• Excellent communication and time management skills
