Job Description
As a Help Desk Support professional, your key responsibilities will be to provide high level of customer service and support. Initial recording and processing of all types of incidents and services requests. Problem tracking and diagnosis to identify the cause of problems, not just the symptoms and be proactive in stopping problems from reoccurring. Install, configure and trouble shoot desktop and laptop machines within the client's and other relevant IT environments.
