Job Description

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Working in a close knit team troubleshooting 2nd level issues
  • Escalating all 3rd level issues to relevant Engineers
  • Dealing with customers over the phone and face to face

The Successful Applicant
The successful incumbent will have well developed interpersonal and customer service skills and be well exposed to Windows XP and 7, MS Exchange and Active Directory.
