Job Description
Reporting directly to the service delivery manager you will be responsible for the resolution of incidents escalated from a large and demanding internal user base. This will include managing a large volume of calls whilst maintaining service delivery expectations.
The Successful Applicant
You will have a successful track record in providing 1st level support to a faced paced enterprise or blue chip corporate. You must posses a relevant degree and a strong understanding of the Microsoft Suite of products. This exciting role will require an individual with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
