Job Description

To assist the firm's current ambitious growth plans, Ernst & Young is looking to recruit a number of high-calibre Tax Managers, Senior Managers and Directors from Australia and New Zealand to work in their UK practice. Full relocation and support, along with integration into the UK practice will be provided.

Ernst & Young's Tax practice provides tax advisory, transactions and compliance services to a variety of clients across both Financial Services (FS) and non- Financial Services markets. The Human Capital business provides a wide range of consultancy services for some of the world's largest multinational institutions and corporations. Our practice is responsible for advising clients on Performance & Reward, Global Mobility, and Employment Tax.

The Successful Applicant

As a tax specialist in in Human Capital, your client responsibilities will include:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and provide high levels of client service

• Assist in winning work by proactively managing existing clients and contribute to winning new clients.

• Manage the successful delivery of projects, ensuring technical excellence and practical/business driven approach taken

• Contribute to successfully extracting maximum value for both Ernst & Young and clients from the tax services delivered whilst managing risk appropriately for both client and the firm
