About Our Client
The Child Support Agency is a key delivery business of the new Child Maintenance and Enforcement Commission. It continues to manage the existing statutory schemes for calculation, maintenance and enforcement of child maintenance across the UK. Due to the continued evolution of the CSA and its desire to improve performance a new management board has been created to deliver on current and future strategic objectives. Reporting to the Managing Director this role will be integral in the further development of the CSA and its direct support to the Commission.

The successful applicant will be a qualified professional with a demonstrable track record of achievement in large, complex service organisations. Critical attributes for the senior management team include proven people management skills, excellent communication skills and experience in the implementation of strategic change.
