About Our Client
The Child Support Agency is a key delivery business of the new Child Maintenance and Enforcement Commission. It continues to manage the existing statutory schemes for calculation, maintenance and enforcement of child maintenance across the UK. Due to the continued evolution of the CSA and its desire to improve performance a new management board has been created to deliver on current and future strategic objectives. Reporting to the Managing Director this role will be integral in the further development of the CSA and its direct support to the Commission.

Job Description

Provision of expert decision making support and guidance for HR Business Partners in operations and Head Office

• Interfacing with the Commission on design, development and implementation of corporate HR policies
• Leading the relationship between management and trade unions including provision of guidance on employee relations and Health & Safety
• Evolution and implementation of the CSA's cultural change programme
• Management of workforce planning including support on recruitment, redeployment and control of organisational design

The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will be a qualified professional with a demonstrable track record of achievement in large, complex service organisations. Critical attributes for the senior management team include proven people management skills, excellent communication skills and experience in the implementation of strategic change.

What's On Offer
c£80,000 plus bonus
