About Our Client

Job Description
In this varied role you will be responsible for your own client group the role will involve delivery of training and inductions; you will have the opportunity to take your career to the next level as you will be given on the job training and the opportunity to from your team of highly experienced HR professionals. As the HR officer you will also be accountable for,
- Recruitment and selection
- Provision of information and advice to staff and managers on development and training
- Development of new and existing HR policies and procedures
The role will also involve some interstate travel.
The Successful Applicant
As the successful candidate you will have an HR related qualification and several years HR administration experience as a minimum, certificate 4 in workplace training and assessment is also highly desirable. You will have strong communication skills, be experienced in recruitment processes and familiar with conducting training and development sessions.
