About Our Client
Our Client is a large and well established Oil & Gas Player who have some exciting and diverse, Perth growth prospects.

Job Description

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with the end users troubleshooting all level 1 & 2 issues both remotely and face to face
  • Escalating all 3rd level issues to the appropriate Engineers
  • Providing exceptional levels of customer service to a bright and quick thinking user base

The Successful Applicant
The successful incumbent will have prior exposure to Exploration Applications and be able to demonstrate an excellent commercial understanding coupled with high levels of customer service.
