About Our Client
My client is a leading Professional Service firm which is growing its presence in Brisbane CBD and looking for a professional IT Support Professional to assist in this growth.

Job Description
You will be responsible for providing IT Support to the internal staff within the firm. This will include resolving hardware problems, provision of on the spot training, induction training, explanation of application usage and best practice. You will support the office infrastructure and assist with administering the IT system to ensure the smooth running of the firms IT systems. You will provide hardware and software troubleshooting in the Microsoft Office environment and manage local supplier relationships ensuring they meet Service Level Agreement standards.

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will have the following attributes:

• Experience with Microsoft Office 2007/2010;
• LAN, WAN and Cisco's Networking experience
• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Experience with Active Directory and Group Policies
• Experience with Virtualisation products such as VMWare is an added advantage
