Job Description
Due to recent growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for an IP lawyer to join this established Intellectual Property Team. Working closely with other functional groups in the company and external lawyers, you will be responsible for serving Hospira's Intellectual Property requirements for products on a global basis. Work will include patent procedures, infringement and validity advice, litigation management and some agreement work.

The Successful Applicant
Suitable candidates will have at least two years post admission experience gained with a leading law firm or in-house legal team. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry would be highly preferable as would qualifications in science. As important as your technical experience will be your commercial acumen, an ability to work independently and fit within a positive and enthusiastic team.
