Job Description

This role encompasses the development of standard times for defined processes with a business unit using observed and analytical work measurement techniques.

Key aspects will include:

• Data collection to enable setting of standard times for a process
• Data analysis to understand variance between existing and newly measured times
• Process analysis to identify and quantify (in time) value adding, maintaining and destroying activities within a process

The Successful Applicant

You will have 3-5 years industrial engineering or process experience in manufacturing or operations and have the ability to develop business process definitions, process charts and operating instructions if required. You will also be able to apply a range of tools and techniques to measure process time standards with the ability to 'sense check' outcomes. Soft skills that you will possess are:
