About Our Client
My client is the Insurance arm for one of Australia's leading financial institutions, based in the heart of the city.

Job Description
As the manager of the telephone based business development team, it will be your responsibility to increase the overall activity and revenue through mentoring and coaching the employees. You will work in conjunction with the state managers and the head of strategy and business development to drive the adviser channel. It will also be your key responsibility to strategically grow the team and incorporate a new team of transition consultants into the division.

The Successful Applicant
It is essential to have a proven track record in delivering sales results and be committed to running a team that prides themselves on delivering quality and really understanding the needs of the client to ensure that a professional level of service is constantly delivered. Financial services experience is a pre-requisite and the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
