Job Description
100% application support based role for JD Edwards (an integrated application suite of ERP software)
First point of call within a Help Desk Environment
You will operate within a call logging environment
Required to escalate issues related to JD Edwards to relevant departments
Communicating with vendors and other sites across the world
Troubleshooting and resolving general issues and queries related to JD Edwards and invoices
The Successful Applicant
It is essential that all applicants have experience with JD Edwards and exposure to a large ERP system such as Oracle or SAP. Candidates will have demonstrated the ability to work cooperatively within a team environment, possess excellent communication skills, strong time management skills and display high attention to detail.
