Our client is one of the largest and most successful retailers in the Australian market. They have recently experienced strong growth that has lead to many internal promotions and hence a need to find quality junior accountants.

Job Description
An exciting opportunity exists for an Assistant Accountant to join one of Australia's leading commercial organisations based in Melbourne. This position is a full function accounting role with a focus on month end reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, profit & loss, FBT and other adhoc project work. This is a great opportunity for an Assistant Accountant with two or more years solid experience in a commercial environment with scope to develop their accounting career.

The Successful Applicant
As the successful candidate you will be degree qualified in accounting, have excellent communication and strong excel skills. Relevant experience as an Assistant Accountant or similar is required.
