Due to our clients continued growth an outstanding opportunity has arisen for an accomplished construction professional with strong grounding in Contracts Administration and/or Site Co-ordination to step up to the mark and assist in the management of a large commercial projects.
Job Description
Reporting to Senior Project Manager, you will be tasked with coordinating activities, implementing subcontractor management policies and processes, arranging necessary permits and claims and performing other business coordination processes as required. In this role communication and organisational skills will be the key to your success in handling multiple tasks and projects and liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Project Management or similar discipline. Experience in and understanding of the Construction and / or Engineering industry, with an emphasis on program coordination, forward planning, resource allocations, risk mitigation, job packs and claims information. Strong knowledge of industry HSE policy and standards. Strong administrative ability to write concise reports and prepare documentation.
